Clients must:
Ensure all requirements are included in the quotation.
Provide clear guidelines and specifications.
Understand that if specifics are not provided promptly, work will proceed based on our expertise.
Any major changes or ambiguities later may lead to additional costs.
All project aspects must be explained beforehand for accurate quotations.
Task-specific nuances must be discussed and included in the proposal.
MHM Internationals will not be liable for issues due to unclear or incomplete requirements.
Projects are allocated a predefined number of working hours. Minor changes may be accommodated depending on scope.
MHM Internationals will strive to meet deadlines. However:
Redefining features or functions may cause reasonable delays.
Client-side disruptions may result in rescheduling and extra charges.
Refunds or credits are not provided, except at our discretion or as required by law.
Programming errors (bugs) found during or immediately after development are fixed at no extra cost.
Rework on completed tasks or layout changes post-approval will incur additional charges.
Changes made during development or post-Go-Live will also be billed separately.
MHM Internationals is not responsible for delays caused by changes to the agreed project scope.
All content and materials must be submitted within the first two weeks. Delays may result in:

Testing on other browsers must be requested in advance.
Mobile responsiveness is checked on iPhones and iPads. Testing on other devices must be pre-requested.
Projects inactive for 2+ months will:
Incur administrative fees
Require revised estimates
Need prior notice to be put on hold
Projects on hold:
Don’t incur charges while paused
Require account updates to resume
May involve a follow-up discussion
All custom-written software code (excluding open-source) remains the copyright of MHM Internationals.
Code transfers (if requested) incur an additional fee after full payment.
Modified code cannot be resold or reused elsewhere.
Clients are granted a license for exclusive use of the software (non-transferable).
External access or hosting migrations are not permitted without approval.
Website/application performance depends on:
Traffic levels
Hosting environments
Third-party components (e.g., SSL, payment gateways, plugins) are chosen with care, but:
Their limitations are beyond our control
Their costs are not included in our estimates
Maintenance of third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) is not our responsibility.
Clients must keep them updated to avoid disruptions.
MHM Internationals works with trusted third-party vendors. Changes in their policies may affect service delivery.
Reasonable delays are sometimes unavoidable. We are not liable for penalties if we’ve made best efforts.
Domain-related services (registration, renewal) are not included unless specifically mentioned.
