Disputes, Liabilities, and Indemnity

  • In the event of a dispute, MHM Internationals reserves the right to take legal action and hold the client accountable for:

    • All completed work

    • Time and resources used in the dispute resolution process

    • Any previously granted discounts will be revoked, and the full payment amount will become due.

  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from:

    • False representation by the client

    • Unprofessional conduct by the client

  • MHM Internationals reserves the right to revoke services if the client fails to comply with:

    • Company policies

    • Operational guidelines

    • Regulatory or legal requirements


Service Limitations

  • Our services are provided “as is”, without guarantees related to:

    • Data security

    • System integrity

    • Reputational risks

  • While we implement strong measures to protect against:

    • Hacking, viruses, and cyber threats

    • Unauthorized access or data breaches

    • Network/server vulnerabilities

    We cannot be held liable for disruptions or failures beyond our control.


Independent Business Relationships

  • MHM Internationals operates independently from its:

    • Partners

    • Subcontractors

  • No third party has the authority to:

    • Represent, commit, or obligate MHM Internationals without explicit written consent


Indemnification Clause

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHM Internationals and its:

    • Employees, agents, officers, directors, licensors, contractors, affiliates, and subcontractors

  • Against any and all:

    • Claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal expenses, or third-party issues

    • Arising from misuse, non-compliance, or violation of terms

  • Clients also agree to defend the above parties from:

    • Third-party claims involving the use of MHM Internationals’ services, content, or intellectual property


Limitation of Liability

MHM Internationals is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by forces beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (fire, floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Labor strikes or industrial disputes

  • Legal restrictions or government regulations

  • Power outages or severe weather conditions


By engaging with MHM Internationals, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept these terms as binding.
