Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are offered once work has commenced.

  • Clients may cancel services at any time; however:

    • Cancellations within an ongoing billing cycle are not eligible for a refund.

    • A written notice via email or text message is required.

    • Future billing will stop upon processing the cancellation.

    • No prorated refunds will be issued.

  • No refund will be granted if:

    • The client fails to follow our professional recommendations.

    • Necessary inputs, materials, or content are not provided on time.

    • The work is modified without prior consultation with MHM Internationals.

  • If the client hires another service provider or attempts self-implementation during the contract, the agreement will be void and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not apply if delays are caused by the client’s failure to:

    • Provide website access or login credentials

    • Submit necessary content or data

  • Once a project reaches its final development stage or enters testing, no refund will be processed.

  • Special services, including event-based or one-time promotional solutions, are non-refundable.

    • At least 30 days’ notice is required to cancel such services.

  • Digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media, ad campaigns) are non-refundable.

    • These may be canceled with a 15-day prior written notice.

  • Projects left inactive or unresponsive for 30+ days will be ineligible for a refund.

    • Additional charges may apply to resume such projects.

  • Refunds do not cover third-party costs, including (but not limited to):

    • Domain registrations

    • Hosting fees

    • Software/plugin licenses

    • Paid integrations
